Supports automatic sorting and manual sorting of welds

Automatic generation technology of welding programs. Using the data format and interface parameters that match the robot, the stored welding parameters can be automatically called, modified, and the welding program can be quickly generated according to the welding path to achieve intelligent welding of welds.

Parametric modeling

Supports parametric modeling of H-beam, bracket, and tower foot workpieces. You only need to directly enter the workpiece size and quantity in the software to generate the corresponding workpiece drawings, which can achieve fast drawing, no drawings, and no teaching.

One-click weld extraction

Intelligent welding plug-in. Supports low-threshold graphical programming. By entering specified parameters or selecting welding positions with the mouse, you can automatically generate programs and extract welds with one click.

Corner welding

It can solve problems such as uneven weld transition, insufficient corner weld height, protruding welding points, and broken welds at weld joints.

Breakpoint positioning, breakpoint continuation welding

With the system's precise CNC capabilities, if welding is interrupted, the system will automatically store relevant data; automatically position after resuming welding, and continue welding at the interruption point.
