Part preparation and assembly: strictly control the preparation quality of parts, so that the surface quality, groove size and assembly accuracy of parts meet the welding requirements. Prepare the welding process for the robot, and strictly specify the process size, weld groove and assembly size. Weld preparation: The weld should be cleaned and free of oil, rust, welding slag, cutting slag and other debris, and weldable primer is allowed. A well-formed weld should have a surface higher than the weld surface after welding, and the weld corrugation should be smooth and beautiful. This can reduce the repair rate of the weld and ensure the quality of the weld.
